I think if it were the other way around, nobody would care. But it’s not exactly “cool” these days to be a traditionalist. I wouldn’t want people treating anyone the way the owner is being treated. He never said he was “against” gay marriage. He just said he supports traditional marriages. It’s annoying how there’s a double standard. I’m not exactly a traditionalist by any means, and I think people should be entitled to marry whoever they love. I just dislike hypocrisy.
Although it’s not my particular choice….I LOATHE the idea that we are creating second class citizens based on creed, colour, or sexual orientation. ‘Equal before the law…’ should mean JUST that.
According to the Constitution, we have freedom of religion and freedom of speech. Apparently, some people think that right belongs to only those who agree with them. And if they disagree, it’s OK to hate them.

Oh, and let’s not forget Obama opposed gay marriage until a couple of months ago, so I’m sure these same CFA haters didn’t vote for him, and have said nasty things about him, too. Afterall, the President of the United States has lots more control over gays marrying than the owner of a drive-through restaurant.

If you are shifting the focus of your blogging to non-aviation current events, then my time as an enthusiast of the site has past. I will miss what it was.
I used to love chikfila, but they are off my list as a food option. Sure they are allowed to have their opinions, but I am allowed to make decisions on where to spend my money. And I choose to spend my hard earned bucks with my conscience. If it means I have to limit my food choices, so be it
